Transformation of Lake Avenue property into a new Pre School campus and daycare center
With the acquisition of the 16.5-acre property at 270 Lake Avenue (the one-time home of the Rosemary Hall school and other educational institutions), we have an opportunity to create a campus devoted entirely to early-childhood education. The park-like setting includes 15 buildings, some historic, totaling more than 92,000 square feet, and will allow us to expand our limited supply of on-campus faculty housing. When remodeling and re-purposing of existing buildings is complete, we will relocate our Pre School to the Lake Avenue site. The approximately 90 boys currently enrolled in our Pre School will be joined by up to 50 younger children in our new daycare center.
